Select 'PTP.' . Connect the CD Mavica camera to the computer with the supplied USB cable. The computer recognizes the hardware, and a message to find the hardware appears. Confirm that 'Install the software automatically' is selected, and click Next.
Confirm that 'Sony Digital Camera' is selected, click Next. NOTE: Please ignore the warning message 'This driver is not digitally signed!' NOTE: If an item other than 'Sony Digital Camera', is mistakenly selected, it is necessary to delete and then reinstall the driver. Follow these steps to do so.

Click Start, and then click Control Panel. At the 'Control Panel' window, click the 'Add or Remove Programs' icon. At the 'Add or Remove Programs' window, click to highlight 'Sony PTP USB Driver,' and then click the Change/Remove button. At the 'Confirm File Deletion' box, click OK.
