A typical work day consists of helping customers who can be students, faculty, staff, potential students, parents and members of the community to navigate the campus and offices of George Mason. Much of the time can be spent doing homework during down times but consists of working together with your fellow team members to ensure everyone has a happy and easy going experience at Mason. The management can vary depending on the supervisor you work for. The workplace environment is friendly and the best part of the job is it allows students to work around their class schedules easily.
